    The food slaps, 4 for $4 is great and I love that they brought back the spicy nuggets. Food is fresh every time I go there.

    I love Wendy's and the food here is always great and fresh! But their service is horrible. I've been sitting here for 30 minutes and I have no received my food. There is people standing in line, and cars lined up outside and they have shut all registers down. I love Wendy's but they need to get it together!

    Chick-fil-A would never!

    Slow as dirt during the lunch rush. The word "fast" has no meaning here. Nobody seems to care how long you have to wait.

    I wonder how much food these people waste getting orders wrong? I went through the drive-thru, and they first tried to give me somebody else's order. And then, several minutes later, the handed me what should have been my order, which included chicken nuggets. I asked for sauce, and the confusion over that one small thing, which should not have been confusing at all, caused the guy inside you asked me if I had ordered spicy nuggets with the regular ones. I said the regular ones. No one asked me about spicy ones, and I did not ask for spicy ones. Apparently, they had backed up some spicy ones. So I had to wait again to get the regular ones. And then, as other guy hand me my bag, I asked if they were napkins in there, and he pointedly ignored me, turned away, and went back to whatever it was he was doing.

    This drive thru is always backed up and slow moving. This isn't the first time I have experienced this. I don't know what the problem is at this place. Maybe they don't have enough help. Or they don't pay there people well or treat them well. After waiting 20 minutes and still having about seven cars in front of us we just left. No ones going to wait 30 minutes or more to go through a drive through. Get your service together.
